Instructional Designer, Sales Enablement
VIA is currently looking for freelance Instructional Designers with experience creating focused, engaging courseware that supports adult learning theory. Ideal candidates will also have experience editing technical content into active voice, conversational, scenario-based content and writing enterprise-level, globally distributed course content with a focus on retail or sales enablement training. Instructional designers will create scenarios that support client learning objectives, develop audio scripting and onscreen text content through MS Word, develop storyboards using MS Word or PowerPoint. In addition, this role may include rapid tool course development (Storyline, Captivate) and/or additional Java scripting to support SCORM troubleshooting and LMS customizations. Instructional designers may also be required to edit English content while adhering to localization best practices and work with a Quality Assurance team to help ensure top-quality deliverables. Candidates must exhibit great time management skills, work with our in-house team to bring your creative skills, provide quick turnaround capabilities, and demonstrate attention to detail to a high-profile project that we’re really excited about.
